Jack Pine Puzzle Co. was created in 2010 after finding great success with our museum quality puzzle line from Cobble Hill Puzzles.  These puzzles may not have the same fine linen finish or premium grade blue board like Cobble Hill puzzles, but they are far from simply slapped together.  Like all of the Outset Media products, the Jack Pine puzzles are held to the highest quality standards ensuring our customers get value for what they purchase.

Our Jack Pine line is made in North America with specialty quality imagery in a 1000 piece puzzle count.  Unlike most mass-market puzzles which are sealed via an overwrapped bottom, Jack Pine boxes are sealed with shrink wrap, making them much less frustrating to open.  Our special die-cutting process reduces dust levels, which is often high in mass-market puzzles.  Jack Pine puzzles are printed with vegetable based inks, biodegradeable inner bag, and the puzzle pieces are made with 60 pt. NewEx board.  The boxes measure 7.5" wide by 8" tall and 2.5" deep and they are made with 40 point chipboard, making them less prone to damage while on the shelf.
