In this fun game of improvisation, players collect points by performing the zany activities described on HA HA, HO HO, HEE HEE laughter cards.
HA HA cards feature special challenges that give everyone a chance to play. “Italian Opera Night” award the funniest opera singer, 3 points or “Cheeky Song” award the player with the best song played on their cheeks, 4 points.
HO HO cards are “One Against Many” or “Many Against One” Get players to laugh and get points. “Give directions to Pluto in Martian” for 4 points or “Everybody be a flea on a fat dog” for 5 points.
HEE HEE cards are “Guess What I Am?” cards. The first player to guess what you are, helps you get points as well as winning points for them self. Cards with (+2)/(+6) on them gives you the choice. Try EASY – “Be Amnesia” for 2 points or HARD- “Be Amnesia remembering yourself” for 6 points.
Special JESTER and HECKLE cards add to the fun with special surprise twists! But watch out or you may end up becoming the PARTY POOPER!
Win the game by being the player or team with the most points. You can play to a certain number of points, play a certain amount of time or play a certain number of times around the board. All equally as fun.

The game where the first player to the BIG GUFFAW wins the game, but everyone is a winner if he or she has fun laughing along the way. Seven time award winner!
Kids race around the board acting out imaginative situations like "Pretend you are a sprinkler," "Act like a half fish, half bird," and "Everyone play basketball on the moon."
Some players get dent to Lolo Land and lose a turn; others get stuck wearing the clown nose, but everyone ends up having fun.

Each player selects a token and places it on the "Little Chuckle". The youngest player rolls the die first. If the player lands on one of the Ha Ha Ho Ho Hee Hee character then he/she draws a card.
If there is one character on the card the the player does his/her best improvisation of the suggestion on the card.
If there are two characters on the card then the player selects another player and they do the improvisation together.
If there are three characters on the card then everyone performs the improvisation.
If there is the "Lolo Owl" on the card then the player tries to get the other players to gues that he/she is doing.
If a player lands on a clown nose square then he/she either wears the clown nose or forces another player to wear the clown nose.
If a player lands on a blue circle then he/she moves into "Lolo Land". On the next roll, the player rolls the die. If a 1,2, or 3 shows up the player moves his/her token out the corresonding tunnel. If a 4,5, of 6 shows up the player is stuck in "Lolo Land".
The first player to make to the "Big Guffaw" wins the game.
