Grow your garden with Garden-opoly
 
Victoria, BC, May 16, 2005 – Give your green thumb a rest with Garden-opoly, the new property trading game distributed by Outset Media.
 
Players with or without a green thumb can all play this game. Garden-opoly has everything a player needs to become king or queen of the greenhouse. Players buy plants, trade flower pots and build greenhouses in the race to be the richest.
 
“Avid gardeners and those with a brown thumb will all love Garden-opoly,” says David Manga, president of Outset Media. “Players won’t have to resort to dirty tactics. Everyone can grow their gardening know-how and have fun doing it, without tilling or toiling in the soil.”

The game includes chance elements like getting stuck in the compost pile or becoming president of your garden club. Players use custom-designed pewter playing pieces such as wheel barrows, ladybugs and garden hats to ‘grow’ around the garden-inspired board.
 
Garden-opoly is for 2-6 players, ages 8 years and up.
