Now in his sixth year with Outset Media, Paul is often referred to as Ronald, for his particular fondness for McDonald’s. If he didn’t have the digestive capabilities of a paper shredder, we’re not sure how he’d go on.

Paul takes a lot of pride in how he looks after his customers. “The best part of my day is being able to call my customers and talk about ways to make their business better”, he says.
